Newport Bicycle Advisory Group

Yep I'm at it again - we're creating a local committee that will meet at the library to get Newport to a Bronze Level Bicycle Friendly community. It should be fun and will include creating hike/bike/road/off-road as well as events and education for local schools and the community at large.
